Product Description
Joint has high strength, good plasticity, excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, and can be used for all ferrous and non-ferrous materials except aluminum, magnesium, and other low melting point metals. In general, in addition to brazing in vacuum shielding gas, silver brazing flux is required to obtain excellent brazing joints. In order to reduce the melting point, reduce the use of silver, and thus reduce the cost, commonly used silver based solders are added with zinc, tin, nickel, etc. to form ternary or primary alloys. The addition of nickel improved the heat resistance, corrosion resistance and wettability of silver brazing.
